SHIPPING METHODS:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING--most shipping within the USA, APO/FPO is via U.S. Priority mail. While U.S.P.S. Priority Mail typically takes 2- 3 days, the U.S.P.S. does not guarantee delivery within that time. When we print your mailing label, the USPS sends an email to you with your tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Depending upon which methods are available to individual locations, most international orders are sent via First Class International.  We have done our best to calculate with reasonable accuracy, and will attempt to contact you if additional charges apply.  If we cannot reach you or do not receive a reply to our email to you, we will assume the additional charges are acceptable to you and will proceedf accordingly.  

*PLEASE NOTE--If alternative shipping method is required due to size and/orweight of package additional charges may apply. Additional charges will apply when postal or shipping rates exceed our rates due to special packaging, size, and/or weight.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES:

for Orders containing paint by number sets, needlework frames, lamps, wood products, stained glass, Daydreams kits, and any kits/items containing glass or wood additional shipping costs may apply. Also needlecraft kits or books with heavier weight.  In these cases we will inform you, the customer, if you have provided a telephone number. If you have previously ordered the same type of merchandise and paid an added shipping charge, we will assume you already have knowledge of this charge. Any extra charges will apply toward shipping, special packaging materials, and/or insurance.

For instance: 5 large paint by number kits being shipped to the UK will cost approximately $55.00 to ship via Air Parcel Post, depending on actual weight. Insurance is included.

Additional shipping charges may apply to orders of paint by number, GlassArt, Daydreams, Displaymates, all wood and glass products. 

Additional charges will apply when postal or shipping rates exceed our rates due to special packaging, size, and/or weight.

SHIPPING UPGRADES:

If you have special needs, please email us and we will do all within our power to meet your requirements. If you need your item(s) in a rush, please check with us for product availability and express shipping charges. We will be honest with you if we cannot meet your deadline.

INSURANCE:
If you wish your order to be insured, please contact us for availability (insurance is not available to some countries), rates and instructions. We are advised by the U.S.P.S. that if your order is shown to be delivered, you cannot claim insurance on that order due to nondelivery.

LOSS OR DAMAGE:

Rebecca's Needlecrafts will not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in shipping. If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time after receiving "your order is filled" message, please contact us. We will do all we can to help locate your package.

Orders leaving the USA are very difficult for us to track. Please contact your postal and customs authorities in destination country as we lose control once the package leaves US jurisdiction. Though this is a common policy for most internet businesses, we do consider each incident of nondelivery/damage on an individual basis. If you are concerned, or postal service in your area is not as reliable as it should be, we advise that you request insurance, a bargain for peace of mind. We automatically insure orders over $50 except when insurance is not available.

Your items are ordered from the manufacturer within three business days. Please allow the following times (backorders will take longer in all cases)for items ordered from:

BUCILLA(BUC)--2-6 WEEKS (if our asuppliers do not have items on hand we must wait until they receive new stock from Bucilla.  This may result in 4-6 week wait, esp in the case of felt applique kits.  We make every effort to get these kits to you as quickly as possible.)

PEGASUS(PEG)--2 WEEKS

JCA(JCA, PATERNAYAN)--3 WEEKS

ROYAL PARIS, SEG PARIS--2 WEEKS (typical).  4-8 weeks if US distributor is ouit of stack and is waiting for shipments from Europe.

GOBELIN, DIAMANT, COLLECTION D'ART--2 WEEKS (typical).  4-8 weeks if US distributor is ouit of stack and is waiting for shipments from Europe.

*These ship times are calculated assuming the manufacturer or distributor has the items in the warehouse. Design Works, for instance, often does not assemble kits until they have sufficient orders, and therefore takes longer to ship. Orders from out of country are subject to delays in Customs.

*On rare occasions, shipping can be delayed. (For example, one of our suppliers closes for a week and a half during the holidays, and several of them close for a week to take inventory.)

*If we find that a portion of your order is going to take longer than expected, we will ship what we have and place the rest on backorder to be sent to you as soon as possible, excluding orders going to destinations outside the USA, APO/FPO. Because of higher ship costs, these will be held until the order is complete, unless an alternative is specified and authorized by the customer.
