Answers:
• Do you sell to overseas customers, and how do I go about ordering & paying?
We are happy to serve international customers (APO orders are treated just like domestic orders). Just go through the order process, providing information as it is requested. Be sure to scroll though each page in the order process to make sure you haven't missed anything.

PAYMENT METHOD:
1. We accept International Money Orders (in USD only), bank cheques (USD only), Mastercard, VISA, Discover, American Express. We also accept payment through Paypal.

3. You may use our secure online shopping cart or contact us directly with credit card information. If you elect to pay via money order or International Bank Cheque, please let us know in your initial email.

Your items will be shipped to you once credit card transaction has been approved, or your money order has been received. Orders paid for by personal check will be held until the check clears.

Please be aware that customs laws differ from country to country, and we cannot be responsible for any problems and/or charges that may occur once your order has left our hands. If you desire shipping insurance, let us know. We will check availability of insurance to your country and give you a cost quote. Insurance is not available for all shipping methods to all countries.


STATISTICS:
In the 6 years we have been in business, we have had 1 package to an APO lost. 1 lost to Canada (orders to Canada generally take longer to arrive due to Canadian Customs practices). We have had no packages lost during shipment to Europe, Far East, Pacific Rim Countries, South America, Russia, Asia. 1 package to Malta was misdirected due to post office error.

• How do I go about paying by check or money order for shipment within the USA?
Send us an email with your order and preferred method of payment.

We will respond with an invoice and instructions.

We will process your order. Orders paid for by check will be held for 10 days until funds clear.

• Are there any other payment options, which would speed up the transaction?
Yes. You can use either of the two options listed below:

1. Paypal (paypal.com)--a secure and efficient service, which allows you to either charge your purchase to a credit card (always free to buyers), or to have it withdrawn directly from your bank account. Paypal will promptly send confirmation of the trandsaction via email. Registration is easy. Just go to the Paypal site and use the easy to follow directions to set up your account. I have used both methods for transactions and feel Payapl is an excellent, reliable service. If you register with Paypal, please tell them Rebecca's Discount Needlecrafts referred you.

• Can I change my order once it has been submitted?
If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing original order. We will make every effort to accomodate you with the following exceptions:

1. If we have already placed an order with the supplier, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

2. Changes cannot be made to orders already placed with suppliers of items manufactured in Europe/Asia, or for handpainted canvas and special orders.

3. Special orders and items coming from Europe, Asia, or Canada are subject to payment at time of order and 50% will be nonrefundable. oorders a

• What if I want to return an item?
Please read our Return Policy accessible through the navigation bar at left of our pages. No returns will be accepted without return authorization!

• Can I order items that are not in your online catalogue? If so, how do I go about it?
Yes, if it is available from one of our regular suppliers.

Email us at rebeccascrafts@comcast.net with your request. We will respond as soon as we have determined whether or not we can obtain the item(s) requested. In most cases we will list that item(s) in our online catalogue in the Your Request section.

Otherwise, confirm your order via email, as well as your method of payment, and we will send you an invoice.

Upon payment, your order will be processed.

• What is your response time on questions sent to you through email?
Within twenty-four hours, unless a notice has been added to our home page alerting you to anticipated delays.

Of course, we cannot be held responsible for slow response time due to power outages and other forces beyond our control.

Please realize that with the many spam blockers today emails don't always make it through. If you don't hear from us please try again.

• I couldn't access your site and I was in a hurry to order. What happened?
At times, our site will be down for scheduled maintenance and upgrades. Also, heavy traffic on the internet may make access difficult. If this should occur, or you cannot access our site for any reason, please do not hesitate to email us at r rebeccascrafts@comcast.net. You can also phone us at 503.357.0691 between the hours of 10 a.m. PST and 10 p.m. PST Monday through Saturday.

Our website and email is, of course, available to you 24/7, except when down due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

• I ordered just a few days ago and my order hasn't arrived yet. Why not?
Approximate ship times are on our About Shipping page. Of course, if we have an item on hand, it will ship within 24 hours.

We ship to you via USPS Priority Mail (with tracking) within 24 hours of receiving the items from our suppliers.
