Our products are backed by a satisfaction guarantee, but ALL returns must be AUTHORIZED within 7 days of your receipt of order. Return must be received within 10 days of AUTHORIZATION. To obtain authorization, contact rebeccascrafts@comcast.net or call 1-503.357.0691.

*A 15% - 20% restocking fee may apply on returned items, and on orders cancelled after 48 hours of placement. We are charged this by manufacturers and/or distributors. 

Please note that we request--on our main page--that you advise us of any time constraints/deadlines you may have.  If you do not and the order arrives too late for a particular occasion, the responsibility is yours.  If we were advised and failed to keep faith with you by letting you know of the possibility of meeting your deadline or by failing to meet your deadline after saying we could, no restocking fee will be charged if you cancel. 

All returned items must unopened and in resellable condition with the following exception:
*Manufacturers error, in which case we will make every effort to replace the items damaged,missing or if they are not the correct items for the design. A refund will be issued only if we, or the manufacturer, cannot provide the correct items (fabric, floss, beads, threads, instructions).

ORDERS RETURNED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

*Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping of returned items. Please insure your returns; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Your packing slip/invoice will indicate where you need to send your return.

*Items handpainted to order or which originate outside the USA are considered special order and will be subject to payment at time of order, 50% of which is NOT refundable if we cannot return the item. This applies to items from Lanarte, Anchor, Glorafilia, Heritage Stitchcrafts, Leigh Designs.

*Cancellation of order: Once we place an order for your items with the supplier,it is difficult to return items to them. We ask that if you wish to cancel your order, you do so within 2 days of placing it. If you cancel after that time, the cancellation may be subject to a 15% - 20% restocking fee.
